LouDohcris Baked Goods started in a home kitchen in Bandon, Oregon — Lana (Lou) baking sourdough, rolls and cookies the slow way, one order at a time. No shortcuts, no mixes — just flour, patience, and a little bit of magic.

Every loaf is naturally leavened and slow-fermented, every batch of rolls is shaped and baked fresh, and every cookie is made to order — so what you pick up is always straight from the oven.
